2026년 3월 4일부터 6일까지, 워싱턴 D.C.에서 열린 'Alliance of Sovereign Nations' 행사는 전 세계 보수 진영의 정치, 경제, 학계, 사회 각 분야의 지도자들을 한자리에 모으며 국제 사회의 중대한 현안과 국가 주권의 중요성을 조명했다. 이번 행사는 보수주의 청년 단체 'Turning Point Action'이 주최했으며, 자유와 국가 주권을 최우선 가치로 삼는 지도자들에게 반드시 참석해야 할 행사로 평가받았다. Turning Point Action은 미국 내 청년 보수주의 활동가와 지도자를 양성하며, 국가 주권과 자유 시장, 전통적 가치 수호를 목표로 다양한 교육과 정책 활동을 전개하는 단체다. 이번 회의는 단순한 학술적 모임을 넘어, 보수 진영의 글로벌 리더들이 전략과 정책을 공유하고, 실질적 협력을 논의하는 장이 되었다.
